Auto and Subtitles use 1 credit per second; Select area uses 2 credits per second because the mask model costs more. Each job has a 5-second minimum. A 45-second Auto clip costs 45 credits; the same clip in Select area costs 90 credits. You see the total before the job starts.

Select area uses a different model with a mask and costs roughly twice as much to run. Charging 2 credits per second keeps the mode available without raising the price for Auto and Subtitles.

Yes. Sign in with Google, pick a pack or a Creator subscription, and checkout opens in a secure Waffo page. Credits are added to your account as soon as the payment completes.

A failed render does not use credits. We will not automatically retry with a more expensive model; if a different route would cost more, we will ask first.

Yes. Cancel before the next renewal and the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. A partly used billing period is not refunded pro rata.

Starter (USD 19, one-time) is refundable within 14 days of purchase while unused; once any credit from the pack is used it is no longer refundable, except where the law requires it. Creator (USD 49/month) can be cancelled at any time, with no pro-rata refund for a partly used period. A failed job never consumes credits. To request a refund, email billing@cleanvideotext.com within that window with your order or receipt number.

Credits from a one-time pack do not expire. Monthly Creator credits stay available while the plan is active, and the free monthly credits reset at the start of each billing month.

No. CleanVideoText does not add its own watermark to any export, including clips made with the free monthly credits.
